A minimal lot purchase fee is charged on all lots. The fee is determined by the selling price of the lot sold.

An additional online purchase fee of 3% is required for all lots sold via the Internet

DMV Document Preparation Fee

A single $55.00 preparation fee is required for all DMV items.
