Attend a WCA Auction Online and in Real Time
WCA is pleased to offer the opportunity to attend any live WCA auction online, in real time via Equipment Facts. You can you see all auction items, bid on equipment over a secure connection, and complete all necessary paperwork, directly from your computer.Bidder Number and Auction Registration
Before you can attend a WCA auction online, you must acquire a bidder number. This bidder number is permanent and will be used for any subsequent auctions as well. After you have secured your bidder number from Equipment Facts, you then register for the WCA auction you would like to attend.You can view auction inventory in advance. On the day of the auction, you simply log in using your bidder number and participate in the action as you like.

If you are selling equipment at a WCA auction and would like to attend the auction online, you simply need to acquire a permanent bidder number (and password) from Equipment Facts and then register for the WCA auction. Once the auction begins, you will be able to view it in real time, just like a buyer.
01. Get Bidder Number
New to WCA Auctions (no bidder #)
- Get a permanent bidder number from Equipment Facts.
- Fill out the first 4 sections of the Bidder Registration Form. Note that it can take up to 24 hours to receive a bidder number from Equipment Facts.
Experienced WCA Buyer (with bidder #)
- Get your permanent bidder number, as you need it to register for an auction.
- Forgot your bidder number? Retrieve it from Equipment Facts.
02. Register for Auction
Select the WCA auction you would like to attend. Registration access begins 4 weeks prior to the auction.

On the day of the auction, click below and sign in with your Permanent Bidder# and Password.
Absentee Bidding
If you are unable to attend a live auction and do not want to bid in real-time, online, you may place an absentee bid for equipment in advance.
Bidding starts at the lowest bid established either online or on the floor, and the auctioneer will keep bidding on your behalf until your bid has been surpassed or you are the successful high bidder. A 25% deposit of your bid amount is collected prior to placing the absentee bid. All absentee bids are considered the same as bidding live in person and are governed by the “Terms of Bidding & Sale”.
You can place an absentee bid with WCA in two ways:

Download the WCA Absentee Form form and fill it out entirely. Fax it to WCA at 951.490.4390. Make sure you send the absentee bid in plenty of time to be received by the auctioneer. A WCA equipment specialist can also help coordinate the placing of your absentee bid.
